My conclusion about this experience is exactly this: “Unprofessional. I dm them on Instagram to make a custom order. They responded to my first msg saying yes they can make it, then every msg I sent after relating to the order they SEENED. I was so puzzled to why Bcz if they can’t make the dress just tell the customer so n let them move on. I was so disappointed!” I felt completely ignored and disrespected, which compelled me to leave this review and engage directly with official customer service about the ghosting.
